This is just one of the many slogans put up in the office during the preparations for the assessment and transition audit for the new version of ISO. It echoes top management’s commitment and concern in offering nothing but quality service to its Principals

Recalling how it was when the Company wrote its first quality manual more than four years ago, the President and Chairman of the Board of Ventis Maritime Corporation confirms with conviction that quality is a “people’s” issue. This, he said, means that quality must be driven by top management and pursued all the way by all the employees who comprise the organization.

He stresses to the employees the fact that Ventis is in business today because of its Principals and their continued trust and confidence in Ventis to provide them with the seafarers they need, help make their business grow.
