MARINA Circular No. 2014-01, a notice informing the public of the adoption and implementation of the new Management Level course for Marine Deck and Marine Engineer Officers in accordance with the 2010 Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) Manila amendments and adoption of the updating course for the said positions certified under the STCW ’78, as amended in 1995, was approvedby the MARINA Board of Directors during its 229th Meeting held on February 13, 2014. This Circular has taken effect last February 18, 2014.
