Fleet Manager #2 Oscar D. Irinco, more known in Ventis as “ODI”, visited the “Eastern Highway” when it discharged its cargo at Chiba, Japan on February 10, 2012. The crews are all in high spirits and fine form when ODI visited the ship notwithstanding the extreme cold weather in Japan at that time. The 21 all-Filipino crew is commanded by Capt. Apollo R. Jalocon.
